The coil of cored wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm allows welding on continuous wire welding machines called MIG - MAG, without the aid of Gas. This type of welding is called FLUX. Telwin continuous wire welding machines are designed for the use of this type of cored wire, making welding effective and making the degree of finish pleasant.
Cored wire characteristics :
- Diameter of the cored wire 0.8 mm
- Coil weight 3 Kg
- Suitable for welding on carbon steel
Original Telwin cored wire coil (code 802181) for MIG-MAG continuous wire welding. The welding wire has a diameter of 0.8 mm and is supplied in a 3 kg reel. Product suitable for welding on carbon steel without using gas protection. The special composition of the self-shielded flux cored wire produces a regular arc that generates a minimal amount of slag. With the exact settings of the welding machine and using DC polarity, an excellent welding without porosity is obtained. The spool of Telwin cored wire complies with current European safety standards according to the CE marking standard AWS A5.20 : E71T-GS.
Cored wire assembly :
Installing the cored wire on the welding machine is very simple, just open the compartment and install the coil on board by inserting the first portion of cored wire inside the wire guide sheath and use the wire feed roller of suitable size.
