The Telwin Technomig 240 Wave inverter wire welder is specially designed for intensive and professional use. It is ideal for welding MIG-MAG (GAS) / BRAZING / FLUX (NO GAS) / MMA / TIG / DC-LIFT.
The welder has a single-phase power supply and a current regulation range of 5-200A
This welder is designed for NO GAS / FLUX welding, but through a separate kit it can also weld in MIG-MAG. This is why it is useful for working all types of metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and ideal for welding with brazing (galvanized sheets).
It is suitable for different uses, it finds application from maintenance, to installation and up to interventions in the body shop
The Telwin Technomig 240 Wave inverter wire welder has various programs:
● WAVE OS operating system that allows you to customize welding operations and to save data via USB. This system also includes pre-installed synergic programs for all materials, thus making the Welding Machine easy to use.
● ATC technology (Made in Telwin) which allows to obtain excellent welds even on thin surfaces allowing to control the welding arc. This technology reduces the risk of deforming very thin materials due to excessive temperature.
● ACTIVE SYNERGY program that allows you to customize the welding parameters based on the thickness of the two materials to be welded, the thickness of the wire and the quality of the gas used.
● AB PULSE program specific to carry out brazing, ideal for use on thin thicknesses
● PULSE program specific for aluminum welding
● PULSE ON PULSE program that allows to reduce the heat input on the material on which it is welded to avoid deformations (ideal for iron and stainless steel)
It is supplied with: Technomig 240 Wave generator, MB25 MIG / MAG torch, 3 meters long, cable and ground clamp 3 meters long
