Brushes for fruit polishing waxing citrus fruits

The horsehair brushes are the ideal solution for polishing and waxing citrus fruits and fruit and vegetables. They are used as an initial assembly on waxing brushing machines, they are modular in nature, as each brush stub is 250 millimeters long and it is possible to add as many stubs to make up the desired size.

How to assemble the fruit brush :

• • Insert a Ø 50 steel tube inside the brush hole
  • Add the brush stubs to the width of your brushing machine
  • Secure the stubs with the brush stop bushings and two M8 dowels with conical tips (optional available)

It is also possible to request bushings to reduce the internal hole to 25 millimetres, to adapt the fruit brush to brushing machines with an axis reduced to 25.
